Open the app's Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with — subscriptions belong to the account, not the device. If it still doesn't unlock, check Settings › your name › Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active, then email us.
All of it happens in your Apple Account, not in the app: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the plan there.
